Your organization must be registered on beINvolved to take advantage of these services.
Registered organizations are permitted to have a club email account that is sponsored by your SGSO or USO Faculty /Staff Advisor. Student Involvement and Leadership helps University IT verify and manage these requests via a form on beINvolved.
Request a student org email accountStudent Involvement and Leadership owns several student ID bar code scanners which are available for use by registered student organizations. The scanners can be used to track attendance at meetings and programs through the beINvolved "Events" functionality. To request scanners for your event, contact Student Involvement and Leadership at sil@iu.edu.
Student Organizations with a group computing account through University Information Technology Services may purchase IU Print credits for on-campus printing needs. To purchase print credits, email the IU Print team. University Student Organizations may purchase departmental print funds and should provide the departmental account number, the USO’s group username, and the dollar value of the print credits being requested. Self-Governed Student Organizations may contact the IU Print team to inquire about options for purchasing print credits for their group account.
